Questions (and Answers)I am unable to open the RealAudio™ music samples - what should I do?Please follow this link to the RealPlayer™ help page. You should find solutions to most problems on these help pages. Please note that you only need to install the FREE RealPlayer™ - you do not need to take out a subscription or a 14 day free trial. Of course if you wish additional functions you can pay for this on the Real.com website. Follow this link if you find it difficult to locate the FREE RealPlayer™: FREE RealPlayer™ link. This should hopefully take you to the correct page - the FREE RealPlayer™ link should be located somewhere on that page - usually on the right hand side or middle. If you have already installed the latest version of the RealPlayer™ please check the Help menu in that application for answers and guidance. Unfortunately Strathan Music is unable to offer technical support for RealAudio™. Do you release your albums on other formats besides Compact Disc?No. Where can I obtain the song lyrics from the albums?Some of the song lyrics are printed in the accompanying CD booklets. If they are not in the CD booklet they are not available from us. Do you have a postal mailing list for new releases etc?No. This website is now the primary way that customers can keep up to date with what is happening at Strathan Music. You can of course always e-mail or phone us if you should require any additional information. I am an artist looking for a record deal or a record company to release my existing album(s). Can I send my demo CD and pack to you for consideration?We are not currently accepting demos. I have a shop and would like to sell Strathan Music CDs. Are you able to supply me?We supply many shops throughout the UK and are always interested in supplying new outlets. Please give us a call to discuss things in more detail. |
