Paul Schwartz: Turning to Peace
Paul Schwartz combines deep ambient grooves with rich melodic textures to create an incredibly powerful listening experience. Schwartz has a huge amount of experience in composing, conducting and producing music. He trained as a composer and conductor at the Royal College of Music in London, has worked with Andre Previn, conducted many operas and musicals including the original New York company of "Phantom of the Opera", written ballets for the New York City Ballet, the Ohio Ballet and the Milwaukee Ballet, a commissioned piece for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and music for the closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Barcelona. He has also scored several films and his songs have been selected to appear in movies, television shows and trailers. In addition he has a wide appreciation of modern popular music and has composed and recorded with Carlos Santana and David Foster, and written for Josh Groban.
